The All 304 Stainless Steel Diamond Sear cooking grids are superior! The patented designed bars have a smooth flat top with a non-stick matte finish. Each bar is shaped to optimally transfer heat from burners to cooking surface, so food cooks fast and evenly, saving gas and time.
Heavy Gauge Flavor grids perform by allowing heat to rise unobstructed from burners, dispersing heat quickly, flavoring the food by vaporizing juices and creating smoke, giving that delicious BBQ flavor.
The seamless double wall 90 degree hood has an easy lift lid for quick access and efficient exhaust.
The Fire Magic C650i-RT1 includes a large Analog Thermometer with polished stainless steel bezel that’s embedded in the hood with a forward angle for easy viewing as it measures up to 1000F.
